Triggers : The common triggers to tension or migraine headaches include: fasting(diet) or fatigue, infection, stress, let up from stress, sleep deficit & dehydration. If you can eliminate/improve any of these factors improvement may be possible.If not, keep a calender recording the events & write down what you remember about how they come on & see your doc.Go sooner if the problem is increasing in intensity.
