You may be dealing with anemia, thyroid problem, or even something as simple as a visual defect (you may need glasses), amongst many other issues. Are you taking any prescription or other drugs? See your doctor: There are a lot of reasons for this. Migraine related dizziness can account for a lot of this problem but there could be other issues such as with your thyroid or low blood counts or vision or maybe you could also have depression. I would recommend you seek help to start feeling better.
