Be seen: there could be so many things that could contribute to headache, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, best to start with your internist for general exam and blood tests. Then may need to see neurologist or ENT specialist for further eval and testing. There is an entity called "mirgraine related dizziness" that could account for some of your sxs that could be looked into if nothing else is found.
