Anemia to begin with: Anemia is the most likely problem. With this can come fatigue etc. The real issue is what is causing the low iron. That may be something very serious that needs to be addressed.

People of all ages : Can have fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, headache, cold hands and feet, pale skin, & chest pain. Children can also have developmental delays, behavior problems, recurrent infections, increased sweating, pica (eating non-food items) & failure to grow at the expected rate. Excessive intake of cow's milk & milk products (> 21 oz./day ) is a common cause of iron deficiency in toddlers.
