See below: High iron foods:beef & chicken liver,,spinach,lentils,tuna,eggs,shrimp,brown rice. You can look up more on foods online.You are on an ACE inhibitor & an calcium channel blocker.It is best to keep an accurate record of your BP,e.g every 2 hrs.during the day till bedtime(you can use a wrist manometer for convenience when not home) & take it to your dr.for dose adjustment or med.changes.Good luck.
