Options: You have an auto-immune disorder. Possibly avoiding dairy and wheat and eating healthy anti-inflammtory food would help. There is a sublingual methyl cobalamine that you could take daily 1, 000 mcg a day and that might be able to help you. Check your 25-oh vit d3 and restore to nl, often low in auto-immune disorders. Anemia: I would recommend getting it on a monthly basis so that you can stay on top of pernicious anemia. Every 3 month is not a standard practice.
