Condoms: You don't say what the cream was, but if it was last night most if not all is gone. If it was not hurting your vagina it is unlikely to be dissolving the condom.

Yes: You should be fine using a condom if you've already finished the treatment. The cream is absorbed within a few hours after application. Obviously, if you experience any discomfort hold off until you are 100% better.
