Not yeast?: if you used one of the usual treatments, active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc), then repeating treatment with a similar drug probably won't help. Some yeast strains are resistant and require an different treatment, e.g. nystatin or flucytosine. Or maybe it's something other than yeast. Don't self-diagnose; contact your doctor for evaluation and advice.
