Easy!: A diet has to be tailored to your body weight and activity level . In general a healthy diet should have a good balance of carbohyderates(starches), protens and fat. A plant based diet is healthier than an animal (meat) based diet. Dairy is important but avoid regular milk as it has too much fat in it....Use 1% if posssible. Add ample amounts of veggies and fruits to each meal will keep you health.

Individual diet: We are all biochemically unique and there is no diet that works for everyone. I would start with an elimination diet and write down if you can identify foods that does not agree with your body and eliminate them. Avoid all processed food, learn how to read food labels, do not drink calories (i.e. Drink water), try to eat mostly organic and maybe join healthy cooking class. Best wishes!
