No, but: There are many, many types of connective tissue disorders, so is best to have several tests done by a rheumatologist depending on what your symptoms are.

Usually Not: Lupus tends to have some amount of continuous symptoms and findings, so it usually does not hide. It might be possible to have a very early case that has not yet fully developed but this would be rare.
