lupus patient- last round of tests show abnormally high bilirubin levels and abnormally low ast and alt. what would cause this and what would it mean?

Obstructive jaundice: You may have a "blockage" of your liver ducts due to your Lupus or one of the medication you are taking! This needs further study ASAP A Rheumatologist should be consulted Good Luck Hope this helps Dr Z
