First verify with a rheumatologist that you really have lupus and a cardiologist that you have POTS. I have seen people diagnosed as lupus based on blood test alone - WRONG! A few symptoms and a positive ANA don't cinch a of lupus. If lupus is systemic (SLE), it makes you feel run down, but there are treatments that may reduce the symptoms. SLE can't be cured, but can be managed. Keep fighting!
