See a psychiatrist: If your symptoms are relapsing while attempting to taper your alprazolam, you could see a psychiatrist for better treatment of those. This could be very valuable, especially if you haven't had a thorough evaluation before. My guess is that these are basic symptoms returning, rather than withdrawal symptoms -- but an in-person psychiatric consultation would provide better answers for you.
