Disturbing brain zaps after gradual paroxetine withdrawal from 20mg. i'm on 3rd day, they are still frequent. is this harmful? what should i expect?

Symptoms include dizziness, electric shock-like sensations, sweating, nausea, insomnia, tremor, confusion, nightmares, and vertigo.
