Simple: Attache appropriate weights to ankle of leg to exercise with that leg adducted across the front of the other leg. Now, with knee fully extended, move the leg in a lateral or abducted motion at the hip. This is only one of many exercises to isolate the abductors using progressive resistant exercises. Also muscle confusion execises should be incorporated. Seek the help of a personal trainer.
