Get checked.: If you have a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud it's normalnot to have a period for up to 5 years. If you can't feel the strings make sure to see your dr and get it checked. If he/she can't see it, then an ultrasound may helpin determining if its appropriately located in the uterine cavity.

See your clinician: There is nothing you can do by yourself. You need to see our clinician to examine you, locate your iud, and determine what you are feeling. That mat be just normal cervix and some nabothian cysts.
