Need careful eval: This is a question that can only be answered by your psychiatrist after careful evaluation. If you are currently depressed this is the most likely cause of the problem. Lithium rarely affects memory. Adhd can contribute to "memory" problems because one wasn't paying attention in the first place. But all this need a careful evaluation in your particular case.

CHECK OUT MEDS: If meds helped and you stopped them, start again. If they didn't help initially, dosage may have been too low. Go to a dr experienced in the area and get checked out.
