Work up: You may need adjustment of your medication and perhaps a workup for secondary causes if that does not improve it. Speak to your doctor - you may need to see a hypertension specialist.

Hypertension: There are numerous causes for elevated blood pressures. You may need a change in medications. Go and see your doctor and get diagnosed and treated. Good luck.
