Maybe swollen spleen: You're close to discovery since your additional patient information indicates that an MRI or ct has already been done. In that the pain has been present for only two days suggests whatever the source for the pain, the trigger is probably of recent onset... On the left, under the rib area are a few possibilities: spleen? Kidney? Hernia? Muscle strain? Abd mass?Poop? Trust md to complete your exam.
