See doctor : Could be a number of things - rotator cuff ac joint chest wall lung or heart. Needs examination and possibly tests. See your doctor

Need to be seen: It certainly is possible to injure a muscle and have it be painful for months. But there are other things that could cause this pain as well. In order to diagnose this, a doctor has to examine you, and maybe do some testing. Please make an appointment with your primary care doctor.
