Sounds muscular : Try anti inflammatories, warm alternating with cool compresses and extension stretching. If not seeing improvement in a week, then need to see doc to rule out rib fracture, zoster, pleuritic pain or other type of problem.

Probably muscle pain: You most likely have musculoskeletal pain as you get it on moving.But there are other possibilities and if it is persistent you should have it checked by your doctor.
