Dr. Amrita Dosanjh

GERD/Musculoskeletal: If you are otherwise healthy, some conditions may involve the chest wall muscles which can be strained, pleural inflammation and/or reflux. Try a heating pad applied to the area, ibuprofen and an anti reflux medication. Your physician will determine the next steps in your management. If you are short of breath and the pain is extreme, please see the emergency department right away.
