Carpal tunnel: Have your primary doctor check it out - it's a very simple and fast test. If you have carpal tunnel syndrome, your doctor can prescribe splints to wear at night and, if severe, surgery. At work, take frequent breaks (every 2 hours or so) and stretch your hands, finger, and wrist. Also walk during these breaks to get the muscles and joints moving.
