Carpal tunnel syndrm: You may have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome [cts] (pinched median nerve in wrist). First, you may want to try wrist splints on both wrists at night. Nsaids (aleve (naproxen) 2 pills 2x/day) may also help with inflammation. You should note improvement over the next few weeks. If not, get seen. Another cause of cts is hypothyroidism so consider getting lab tests (e.g. Tsh &others) hope ur better!
