My wrist, elbow and especially forearm hurt from using the computer all day. i've tried different postures, mouse/trackpads, and nothing works. help?

dictate: It certainly sounds like an overuse syndrome of the upper extremity related to computer use, although an exam would be beneficial. A counterforce brace can sometimes help with the forearm and elbow complaints. Have you considered dictating some of your work? With some of the better voice recognition software now available, you may not need to be doing as much keyboard entry and this may help.
