I'm 52 m from india. had heart surgery (cabg + mvr) in october, 2012. current inr 2.10, bp - 114 / 74. how much salt per day should i take?

High blood pressure?: If you don't have hbp, and i assume following surgery that you don't have congestive heart failure, you don't need to restrict your salt. A normal diet has 4-6 grams of sodium chloride and that should be fine for you.
