Nothing: It is hormonal. The valve that stops the food from coming back up is highly affected by hormones and can act up during menses. Be extra careful with spicy food, caffeine, alcohol and eat less during that period. If not improved, you can take over the counter zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec during that time. If not improved after that, see a garstroenterologist.
