Pulsatile tinnitus before and during my period. angio ct, brain mr, spinal tap are all normal. the same pt manifests sometimes itself after a meal. could my tmj or gerd be the cause of this pt? if so, what can be the link with the menstrual cycle ?

Hormone fluctuations around your period could plausibly be a trigger for the PT. A trial with the birth control pill to suppress your cycles and see if that helps could be a considered.
