Anxiety: I would start with things like meditation, exercise, good nutrition and adequate sleep and rest. Counseling and talk therapy can also be very helpful. I am not well versed in herbal medicine but there are some herbal treatments for anxiety. You may want to consult a holistic or naturopathic physician to get recommendations.

Yes there are: I agree with my colleagues that approaches like meditation, yoga, tai chi and psychotherapy help. Herbals can calm anxiety but not usually stop full panic attacks. Classical homeopathy can be very helpful in chronic anxiety -- and requires in-depth case-taking with an experienced homeopath. At least 800 (& more) remedies are known to help anxiety, and you need help finding the best one for you.
