Sleep hygiene: Good sleep hygiene is needed. That means stop watching tv, playing on the computer or exercising about four hours prior to bedtime. Go to bed at the same time nightly to set up a sleep pattern. Do not heavy greasy foods at night. Drink water not alcohol in the evening. Listening to soothing music or read something light and entertaining. If all this fails...Seek help through a sleep clinic.
