Can there be any alternative treatment for anxiety and panic attacks?

Yes: There are a variety of alternative treatment approaches for anxiety & panic attacks; the first decision is deciding with whom to speak; there are a number of mental health professionals who utilize approaches such as relaxation techniques, breathing exercises; meditation, massage, journaling, biofeedback, hypnosis, &/or physical activities. There are still other approaches, such as medication.

Many treatments: I agree with the options my colleagues have listed here. There are also botanical medicines such as passion flower, lemon balm, and kava for anxiety (maybe not full panic attacks). Classical homeopathy and acupuncture are also effective when used by skilled practitioners. Mindfulness-based-stress reduction is can also help you learn to respond, rather than react, to situations & others.
