No: If you are asymptomatic, it would only be a cosmetic issue depending upon how severe your curve is. Your call.

Scoioisis: As an adult it is unlikely that the scoliosis will be much of a problem for you esp if the curve is not too severe probably could only see a doctor if you are experiencing pain or noticing worsening deformity.
