Scoliosis: Do you really want the cheapest? I wouldn't want the lowest bidder for everything i do. The most appropriate care is, by nature, cost effective. Start with your primary, and the either a physiatrist, ortho spine or neurosurgeon would be appropriate.

Scoliosis : Great web site for scoliosis with exercises at www.Iscoliosis.Com. Really not much in the way of exercises that need to be avoided. If pain continues i would check with a physical medicine physician.

Back pain treatment: There are several ways to treat the back pain depending on the cause of the pain. It might include exercise, physical therapy, medication, chiropractic therapy, injections and surgery. The least invasive way is exercise and physical therapy. You can consult your pcp, pain management doctor or spine surgeon for evaluation.
