Family practice : If you have no insurance isn't Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) expensive. You shouldn't take Aspirin , it may be irritating your stomach it could be diverticulitis , or gallbladder dz. I would go to a clinic or er to get proper evaluation.

Hard to say: Can't really diagnose causes of chest pain in this type of format. It is almost always reasonable to seek urgent care for new or changing chest pains.
