What can i do or substitute for eating late at night? i find comfort and easier to sleep when i do, but it makes losing weight difficult.

Common problem: Changing behavior is hard especially when it's comforting. Most of over eating happens later at night, start an early bed schedule, clear the high calorie foods from home. It helps if you join a group activity as studies have shown that discussion of weight and diet by similarly struggling folks keeps the weight down.
