21mnts boy is struggling to sleep at night he tosses and turns complains about pain in his bums.have dewormed him twice in 6months. he s irritable, snacks and drinks lots of liquids and seems to be losing weight. please advise.

Confusing: I suggest you have him seen. It is not clear whether he really has a sleep issue or is just avoiding it. If he is loosing weight he needs to be evaluated.
