See a doctor now: If your son has a high fever (>102f) and is acting unusual, you should see his doctor now. He could have an infection, be dehydrated, or have some other condition. Get him checked by the doctor.

Go to doctor ASAP: Run, do not walk and get your son to an emergency room for an exam. This may be very serious and he needs professional care. If there is a children's hospital near you go to that one, or to one that has a pediatric department. Do not wait. Hope he is well soon.
