I love low BP too: Low BP is good till we are symptomatic, or we pass out then it is a problem. To improve the symptoms of low BP specially during exercise, i recommend to hydrate very well all day long and specially before gym or any strenuous activity including jacuzzi. If this does not releive symptoms, i usually recommend my patient to wear support stocking during exercis.

Hydration: Heat from sauna and running increase fluid loss from sweat. Running also dilates blood vessels to get oxygen to muscles - meaning more fluid is needed. Drink plenty of water when exercising, especially in warm weather. For intense, prolonged exercise, sports drinks may help.
