Depends on food : A rapid weight loss from a healthy diet change often is due to less water or stool retention. What is called "false fat." after one gets to a plateau , the typical loss is no more than 4 lbs of fat loss a month. If your energy improves and you lose weight around your middle you are moving towards better health.
