Next pregnancy: With the history of a stillborn and a DVT and your thrombophilia, my guess is that you will need both extra Folic Acid and lovenox (enoxaparin). Doses of both would have to be determined by the doctor taking care of you. You also should have serial ultrasounds for fetal growth and antepartum testing (nsts) because of the still birth history.

Talk to doc.: You have had genetic testing done and should receive genetic counselling regarding the clinical consequences of that test. Mthfr gene mutations are associated with neural tube defects and may have been the cause of the stillborn and may have contributed to the clot. You should probably see complicated OB clinic prior to next pregnancy to make sure you understand why you had what you did.
