Need to see your doc: Any pigmented mole changes you describe need careful evaluation to make sure it is not melanoma, early skin cancers are curable, take to her doctor.

Have it checked: Skin spots are hard to diagnose without seeing them. In general if a skin spot is changing in size, shape, or color, it should be evaluated by a physician to determine if it is concerning and if it needs to be biopsied or removed.
