Ive had headaches for months and now im noticing around my nose the skin is kind of sticking out, kind of lumpy, i do have a mole there too which ive had, im getting a cat scan of my sinuses soon, is it possible for it to be some type of tumor too?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is good that you are getting CT scan though tumors of the sinuses are uncommon. Wish you good health!
