my 6weeks baby has cold and taking medicines prescribe by her pediatrician.is it ok for her to take the 3 vaccines in one time while taking medicines?

See below: Generally speaking, if the baby only has a cold with no fevers or other serious issues, vaccines are not contraindicated (still can be given).

Vaccines and colds: Yes it's fine for your baby to get vaccines if she has a minor cold and no fever.

Vaccines: Most likely yes. If you aren;t sure ask your doctor. There are very few medications that would prevent a 2 month old from receiving his regularly scheduled vaccines.
