Listen to your body: Exercise is good for people with ra. Start slow and gentle and ramp up very carefully. Listen to your body. Anyone can be sore after a workout, but unusual or persistent soreness is your body saying "smaller doses please." if you are able and your md will order it, consider a short course of physical therapy first to teach you what you need to know. Select your trainer carefully.

Yes: If your RA is well controlled and there is no joint damage then you should be able to do everything. The one limiting factor is pain. If it hurts, stop and try a lighter weight. If it still hurts, do not perform that specific exercise.
