If u only had: Sex that one time then it most likely means u have a blighted ovum, you doc should do a rescan in 1-2 weeks and that will show iif the sac is growing or not, if u only had sex once 11 weeks ago then tehescan should show a viable 13 week gestation with a htbeat if everything was the way it sholdl be.
