At 11 weeks, the baby is 1.6 inches (4cm) and weighs a quarter of an ounce. (about the size of a lime) It has arms, legs, fingers, toes and a heartbeat. Its head and brain are rapidly developing. Its eyelids are fused shut, and it has ears. The baby is freely floating/moving in the amniotic fluid, but it is so small that it is hard to feel the movement.
