Two Possibilities: There could be a medical reason for your fatigue. You could have a check-up with your primary care physician to see if anything is amiss. It can also be depression which can be biological and have nothing to do with the amount of stress you are under. Some people may not get good restful sleep, such as in sleep apnea and this can cause day time fatigue. Some medications can cause this too.

Fix the cause: Lack of energy can come from a variety of situations. Dehydration (not drinking at least 5 cups of water a day), lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, chronic sinus problems, caffeine withdrawal, chronic illness (such as anemia) or allergies can cause low energy. See your doctor.
