That's too low: Above 95 is rarely life-threatening, but if it persists you need to see a doctor. This seems like a big red light from your body to warn you about a danger. Please consider finding a therapist who might help you learn ways to avoid, reduce or manage stress and not deplete your energy. There may always be emergencies, but a life-style like that is not healthy. Best wishes - it can get better.
