My memory sooo horrible and can't do well at school. what can i do?

You're upset?: The memory is tricky in that all your ducks must be in a row in order for it to work properly. For example, you must be free to focus calmly and actively on what you wish to remember. If you're preoccupied with life events, relationship issues, finances, fear of any kind, etc. These will interfere with memory. In addition, if you don't properly encode information, you won't be able to recall it.
