Sometimes: Strattera (atomoxetine) can be very effective for some and does not develop tolerance like Ritalin and other stimulant medications.

Possible: there is a small subset of adhd patients that respond well to Stratters but most of the time the stimulant medications are far more effective. if you have tried many adhd meds and they haven't worked well then strattera (atomoxetine) is a reasonable choice. i personally believe that Kapvay and Intuniv are superior to strattera (atomoxetine).
